Paper submission

A paper can be submitted via the EasyChair online submission sysmtem.

Abstract guidelines

Before the full paper submission, a title and an abstract together with keywords should be submitted via the EasyChair online submission system.The abstract should not be longer than 250 words.

Full paper guidelines

The full paper submission should be done again using the EasyChair online submission system, with the same account used for the abstract submission. Articles should be prepared according to the LNCS author guidelines and templates and they should be at most twelve pages long. All papers must be submitted in electronic format as PDF files before the submission deadline.

All papers are subject to a single-blind review process, also including a brief rebuttal at the end of the decision process.

Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science. Before publication, the authors will be requested to fill and sign Springer's form for the consent to publish and the copyright transfer.

Keep in mind that papers that do not meet the guidelines will be returned to the authors. The articles will be allowed to go through the reviewing process only if they satisfy the specified requirements.

Presentation guidelines

Oral presentation

Duration: 20 min presentations + 5 min discussion.

If they wish, the authors who have oral presentations can also provide a poster that will be exposed during the conference. Please let us know by e-mail (dgci2019@sciencesconf.org) before March 11th if you intend to prepare a poster.

Poster presentation

Format: A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm), portrait.

Poster teaser: you have one minute to introduce your idea/paper in the beginning of the poster session. Please prepare slides (no more than three slides) in pdf format, and send it to dgci2019@sciencesconf.org before March 20th.

Online user: 1
